We have no set price list, but rather we listen carefully to what potential clients require and put together a unique proposal based on their needs. The best way to get a quote or more information is to email us about your project requirements. We can then line up a time to talk in more detail. Generally, we work on an hourly basis and we provide an estimated price range we think it will take to complete the project based on 15+ years experience working in the industry.
It’s also important to remember that you are not simply hiring us to ‘design a graphic’, but rather, to listen to your needs and to build a better brand that will help your business grow.
This depends on your needs, however, in terms of deliverables this could include logo files, printed stationery, PDF pitch deck files, style guides, social media assets, a CMS based website and so on. You will also receive consultation, support & research on my behalf all throughout the project, and after too.
This depends on the exact needs of the project. For new clients, we need to get to know you first. This usually starts with a mini brand audit, strategy session regarding your new project and a mini creative brief to ensure we’re all on the same page. For example, a new logo project will take roughly one week for strategy, one to two weeks for concepts and a few days for refinements based on feedback. In contrast an involved brand build out might take one month or more depending on deadlines and feedback. Generally, we recommend at least two weeks for most projects, to ensure that the research and creative output is the best it can be.
The design process is never linear, but in short our process goes similar to this:
Listen to the client & define design brief > Proposal > 50% deposit > Research > Conceptualising > Rendering > Presentation > Revisions > Final 50% > Delivery > Support.

We work with clients from all over the country. Business is simply conducted via email, phone and video chat as needed. If you are in the area, then it would be great to meet.
Yes, we do all of the work which means when you hire us, you will work directly with us. However, if a project demands that we flex up to meet demands, we do what it takes to get the project done right and on time for all of our clients.
Most likely! However, the specific industry does not matter as we adapt our skills, research and process around the client’s needs and industry until the problem has been solved. By design, we don’t focus on a single industry. That tends to produce cookie cutter results.
For most projects, we require a 50% down payment to schedule in work. We accept payments via bank transfer and checks. The exact details and terms will be provided in our detailed proposal. The final 50% will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork or during incremental project milestones.
We only take on a few projects at a time to ensure that each client gets their deserved attention. Please send us an email to check availability as this changes all the time.
